Referral Process:

Determine Eligibility

Review our services and determine if your patient’s needs align with our offerings. We cater to a wide range of health conditions and provide care for veterans and NDIS participants.

Complete Referral Form:

Fill out our referral form with the necessary patient information, including medical history, current condition, and desired outcomes. Please ensure all contact details are accurate for seamless communication.

Submit Referral:

Send the completed form via email to contact@southpacifichealth.com.au or through our secure online portal. Our team will review the referral and initiate the intake process promptly.

Patient Self-Referral:

Inform your patients that they have the option to self-refer to our treatment centres. Direct them to our website where they can access the self-referral form and additional resources.

What to Expect:

Timely Response:

Our dedicated referral coordinator will contact you after receiving the referral to discuss the next steps.

Collaborative Care:

We believe in a team-based approach and will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of care.

Treatment Summary:

With patient consent, we will provide a treatment summary to the referring practitioner at the end of their program.

South Pacific Health brings together leading providers in the areas of prevention and treatment for addiction, trauma, and mental health.

South Pacific Private

A leading private psychiatric hospital on Sydney's Northern Beaches, treating mental health, addiction and trauma for over 30 years. Psychiatrist-led, with a structured, group-based program that treats the person alongside their family, partners and friends. In-patient and day options, with treatment eligible for private health insurance.

Byron Private

Trauma-led, integrative treatment for mental health and addiction in the Byron Bay hinterland. Psychiatrist-led, with a therapeutic model built around group work and the connection it creates, supported by individual sessions. A small residential program in a retreat-like setting, where people are known to their peers and clinicians.

The Banyans

Intensive, whole-person treatment for mental health and addiction, set in a private hinterland residence with discretion assured. Psychiatrist-led, with clinical therapy delivered one-to-one by registered psychologists and degree qualified therapists. Programs are individualised and can include art therapy, equine therapy, yoga and dietitian support.
